«LE GOÛT DU MONDE» takes us into the world of gastronomy by sharing the life of those who orchestrate it: the chefs. On the menu, students and cooks from the province of Quebec who now work around the world. They share with us their unique life trajectory, make us discover their adopted country, and enlighten us on the constraints of working in their unique settings. Could our Canadian food traditions be universal?
